We Are Not Here to Do It All — We’re Here to Do What Matters
I recently had the opportunity to speak at an amazing International Women’s Day event, and I wanted to share what I spoke about.
We are women business owners.
Entrepreneurs.
Leaders.
Mothers.
Daughters.
Girlfriends.
Sisters.
Friends.
Wives.
Changemakers.

We are ambitious, driven, and capable.
But somewhere along the way, we were told that wasn’t enough.
We were told we had to be everything to everyone.
We were told we had to be Superwoman.
Build the business.
Manage the home.
Take care of everyone.
Enough.
Let’s stop doing it all.
Let’s stop being Superwoman.
Let’s stop and breathe.
Let’s stop accepting less than we deserve.
Because we deserve equal pay, equal respect, equal rights, and equal opportunity—not as a privilege, but as a right.
Let’s stop burning ourselves out.
Because exhaustion is not a badge of honor, and rest is not weakness.
Let’s stop apologizing—for taking up space, for using our voices, for being ambitious.
Let’s stop feeling guilty for choosing ourselves.
Because when we thrive, so does everything around us.
Today, we don’t just celebrate women—we challenge the narrative.
We are not here to do it all.
We are here to do what matters.
To lead, to innovate, to thrive—on our own term
