About Beth
Beth is a single mom of Grant, 10, and Evelyn, 8, who has worked hard to achieve a work/life balance. Based in Austin, Texas, she is a highly regarded business owner.
Beth has over 20 years of experience in Recruiting and Training. She specializes in a remote work force as well as working with Gen Z. Over 4 years with Babysitting Connection, Beth has developed an internal team of 6 and a team of over 300 babysitters across the state of Texas with over 700 monthly subscribers.
Her passion lies in helping fellow mothers, as well as providing support to children in foster care and their families. Beth is deeply committed to making a positive impact on the lives of those around her.
Sometimes it is hard to remember, “You have to put your oxygen mask on first, or you will be no help to those that need you.” Whether you need help finding the time to do all the things, growing your business, developing a team or starting your business from scratch, Beth is a vital resource and is excited to partner with you on your journey!
